Great Britain: Alldays & Onions Pneumatic Engineering Co. Ltd., 6% cumulative and participating B preference shares, 191[6], #562, arms at left within ornate border, green. This old Birmingham engineering company manufactured cycles and motorcycles and produced their first automobile, a small quadricycle, in 1898, followed by 7hp 4 seater model in 1900. Merged in 1918 with Enfield which they had owned for some years. Motorcycles produced under the Allon name until 1926. VF.
