Durant, 1820 - 1885, physician and financier, president of the Union Pacific RR, implicated in the Credit Mobilier scandal; New York & Harlem Railroad Co., 187[1], signed by Augustus Schell, 1812 - 1884, politician and lawyer, friend of Cornelius Vanderbilt and active in Railroad management, and, Mohawk & Hudson Railroad Co., 183[5], signed by Peter Augustus Jay, 1776 - 1843, lawyer and politician, son of John Jay, the first United States Chief Justice, member of New York State Assembly. All are simple printed forms and in EF condition(3).
