United States Hotel Company, Atlantic City, New Jersey, $50 shares, 188[3], #16, lovely view of the hotel from the lawn, black. Built in the 1860's at a cost of $250,000, whose guests included President Grant in 1874. Apparently the largest Hotel in the country boasting some 600 rooms for over 2000 guests and covering 14 acres. Part demolished in 1890 and fully demolished by 1900. VF and rare.
