Singer Motor Company Inc., New York, $100 shares common stock, 19[19], #22, eagle at top, brown and black. Incorporated in 1914 building some 200 cars a year. Moved to a new factory at Mount Vernon, New York in 1919 but was in receivership by 1920. Some tape repair at left side but otherwise about VF and a scarce piece.
