International Cycle-Car and Accessories Company, Arizona, $1 shares, 19[14], #156, allegorical figure at top, blue and black. Formed in 1914 to manufacure the 'Economycar' in a 100,000 square foot factory at Providence, Rhode Island. The company also distributed the Woods Mobilette and the company was actually bought out by Woods in 1915 so their plans to build the Economycar came to a halt with only a few hundred produced. GVF and scarce.
