Boynton Bicycle Electric Railway Company, $100 shares, 189[9], #644, signed by Eben Moody Boynton as President, vignette of monorail with another in red underprint, gold seal. Boynton was the inventor of this system of single rail with a stabilising rail above which was operated under steam for two years in Coney Island. This company operated an electric car at Patchogue, New York in 1894 for a few of years. GVF and scarce.
