State of Massachusetts Bay, 6% Treasury certificate, 177[9], payable by the 1st January 1783, #1896, vignette of pine tree surrounded by snake, black , 'class the third' at right (Anderson MA15). Very minor discolouration in centre, mount marks on reverse which do not show to front, VF and rare.
