1915 Official document of Xinjiang Military Patrol, printed in Chinese and Arabic, with the official seal of Xinjiang Civil Affairs; The content is to avoid the burden on the people, Order the relevant taxation officials to only accept official votes from the people, but not to collect silver and "red money". Therefore, officials will be sent to inspect and supervise. This document was also sent to the relevant officials in Luntai Yarkand by registered post in 1919. It is well preserved and very rare.
