1875-1908 (During the Guangxu period) an unused five-color "Feng Tian Zhe Ming" (lit. 'by the order of the Emperor') scroll made by the Jiangnan Weaving Bureau. The first "Feng Tian Zhe Ming" of the scroll is embroidered with four seals, dignified and simple, and it gives a sense of majesty and solemnity. The material is made of silk brocade made of five colors of fine silk. Appreciating these five colors is like a piece of art.
Note: The decree in the Qing Dynasty was made in the Emperor's official name, which was used to award titles of nobility to officials. The decree awarded to officials of the fifth grade and above had relatively rich color and shading patterns. The classifications varied between three colors, five colors and seven colors.
