1870 (21 Mar.) envelope to Tobago, bearing 1863 perf 11 to 12½ 1d. rose-red pair (heavy horizontal creased having originally been affixed over the top edge) and 1869 perf 11 to 12½ 4d. yellow, both clearly cancelled "A10", showing red crayon "4", St. Vincent c.d.s. in red and, on reverse, double-arc arrival d.s. (22.4). The only recorded example of this mixed franking. S.G. 5, 12
