1878 (18 Dec.) envelope to "Conrad Meyer, Singapore", marked "Per Rajah Brooke", bearing 1875 6c. green on green and 12c. red on pale rose, both clearly tied by "singapore/post office" double-lined oval and showing red "singapore/paid" arrival c.d.s.
