1816 (18 Jun.) entire letter from Leghorn to Malta and redirected to Zante, forwarding agent's note on the reverse and backstamped "august:10-t2.", fine and attractive. Photo

Note: Postage Due markings were applied to indicate the amount charged by the Post Office on incoming mail from overseas. This letter was therefore received on 10th Auguest 1816 and the amount to pay was 2 Tari, in early Maltese currency
