1954 (12 May) registered air mail envelope to Shigatse bearing New Zealand 1/6d. franking tied by Auckland c.d.s. with the registration label and air mail etiquette alongside and, on the reverse, ½tr. lemon, 2/3 tr. dull indigo, 1tr. bright orange and 4tr. bright yellow-green tied by very fine strikes of the bilingual Shigatse postmark which shows the double rings, there is also a faint Gyantse type B5 c.d.s. (25.5); some soiling as to be expected. A good incoming cover. Photo
