1928-30 (c.) a large, good quality wrapper bearing 2/3 tr. bright lake, shiny enamel ink tied by a light strike of Lhasa type II postmark; there is some light soiling and wrinkling but good calligraphy and red seals on the reverse indicate the sender is a high lama
