1943 (10 June) India K.G.VI 1a.3p. postal stationery envelope to Nepal cancelled by a good strike of the type B4 c.d.s., underpaid by 3p. and there is a superb strike of the "pharijong f.p.o. no.81" horseshoe tax handstamp type B115 with manuscript "0-06" in blurry ink below with the corresponding Nepalese tax handstamp alongside (with manuscript "8" for 4 pies) and, on the reverse, Kathmandu arrival c.d.s. (6.6). There is some superficial soiling which does not detract from this charming cover. Photo
