1936 (2 Mar.) underpaid envelope originating from Lhasa, to Nepal, bearing, on the reverse, India K.G.V 1a. tied by type B4 c.d.s with Raxaul transit (10.3), Kathmandu in oval and octagonal "nepal/unpaid" datestamp (12.3); the address side, horseshoe "gyantse tibet" postage due handstamp (type B113) with very faint insertion of "½ in red ink. The envelope is a little worn along the edges, a good cover underpaying the 1¼a rate. Photo
