1921 (8 Apr.) envelope registered from a senior officer at the Nepalese consular (vakil) office in Lhasa wonderfully addressed to the Prime Minister Marchal of Nepal and bearing, on the reverse, India K.G.V ½a. (5) tied by good strikes of the B3 c.d.s. with Kathmandu in oval alongside and seven small red wax seals; the address side with the blue on white registration label with type GD handstamp in mauve. A good cover which has a lot of character. Photo
