(7) tied by fine strikes of type B1 "gyantse tibet/siliguri base" c.d.s. and bearing, on the reverse, blue on white registration label with handstamp type GC in mauve, the flap with the device of the Government of India. A clean and fine cover, the ornate handstamp on the registration label is quite scarce. Photo
