With interesting contents from J.M. Herries to The Rt. Hon J.C. Herries M.P. (Chancellor of the Exchequer 1827-28) regarding Lord Macaulay (British Historian and Secretary of War at the time of writing) ".. I am sorry Macaulay behaves so improperly in office...
