AK-BL block of four, AK shaved at left, otherwise small to large margins all round, tied to large wrapper to Ashby-de-la-Zouch br red Maltese Cross cancellations in a rose-pink shade, Coventry c.d.s. of 10 Jan. 1841 on the reverse; vertical filing fold well clear of the adhesives. Fine. Karl Louis records only three other blocks of four on cover from this plate. A highly important, recently discovered rarity. Specialised £26,000 for a block of four off cover. Photo
