Stillwater" from Belize to New Orleans, bearing "6" in red on 10c. on 4d. mauve (2, one variety "6" only inverted), thrice cancelled "o" in oval of bars and showing Belize datestamp, "r" in oval, U.S. registration numbers and "received/feb 23 1892/new orleans, la" datestamp in magenta; envelope with some small faults and a little toned though an exceptionally rare variety, particularly on cover.
