(Campbell 3949g, Feller GE-147d, Schwan-Boling 1003i) Provenance: Maastricht, 2007. An exceptional note in uncirculated with no folds, it does have a light discolouring from a water damage and a tiny tear in lower margin, and a very rare overprint
