South Africa 1877-79, 1 clasp, 1879 (Tpr. D. Seitz. Transvaal Rangs.), nearly extremely fine

Trooper D. Seitz is confirmed on the Roll with clasp '1879' for service with the Transvaal Rangers in the Anglo-Zulu War. Also known as 'Raafs Horse', the unit served at Ulundi in addition to seeing action in the earlier engagements at Hlobane and Kambula.
