Fred Otterburn was born at Scarborough, Yorkshire on 10 December 1899 and was a building painter upon his enlistment on 10 December 1917. He served afloat on Fury from 10 June 1918-11 June 1919 and was demobilized on 13 August 1919 sold with copied service record.
