Wilfred Brinkworth, a native of Charlton Kings, served with the 1st Battalion in France from 13 August 1914 (also entitled to Clasp) and died on 16 February 1915, aged 19 years. He is buried in the Lillers Communal Cemetery and is also commemorated at Oddington Church.
