The Establishment of the Post Office
1894 (Aug.) the original manuscript document being "Postal Service Regulations" written on three sheet along with the covering wrapper which gives details of how the local post service was to operate. The final segment was to be removed, this reads, "Official. The Post Office is in the Police Italian Buildings, where stamps and information can be obtained from Inspector Singer" and is signed by F. Gregson.
