1900 (21 April) envelope to the Rhone franked 15c. with blue PRat FRANCAIS/WALLIS cancellation with another strike alongside, transit datestamps of Levuka and Suva on the reverse, slightly stained (chiefly on the reverse) but fine and exceedingly rare. One of only two letters recorded at this rate from the Wallis Protectorate
