1907 (20 Aug.) large Declared Value (550Fr.) envelope to Prussia franked 2f. with Ouidah/Dahomey Et Depces dotted circle cancellation with octagonal Loango a Bordeaux/L.L. No. 4 alongside; insurance cachet, transit and arrival datestamps on reverse; red wax seals now largely missing, a few slightly stained perfs. and the envelope a little wrinkled. Extremely rare. The only recorded use of the 2f. as a single franking
