Siege 20c. blue on entire letter dated 20 Oct. 1871from Londinières to Rouen, the 20c. tied by gros chiffres cancellation and the 10c. bisect with red framed "p.p." cancellation; an unauthorised franking (affranchisement de fortune) but particularly attractive and very rare.
