4c. grey, block of nine (3x3) with the centre stamp tête-bêche, original gum with the central horizontal row containing the variety remaining unmounted mint. A fabulous block and one of the gems of the collection. Scheller (2011) and La Postale (2013) Certificates, the latter stating "Tres grande rarete de la Philatelie Francaise, magnifique".
