Plate 61 QI-QJ horizontal pair, touched at two points, tied by London "1" barred oval cancellations to envelope to Cheltenham, on reverse endorsed Received open @ Cheltenham, re-sealed (incorrectly folded) with superb seal with intact "cheltenham/Crown" impression. Fine and a wonderful piece of Cheltenham postal history
