15m. on 10m. black and carmine block of twenty (4x5), being the lower four rows of the sheet with full margins and imprint, variety surcharge grossly misplaced resulting in some stamps having little of the surcharge and portions appearing in the lower margin, fresh mint and largely unmounted.
