'Narcissus' in Hong Kong bearing 2c. black on red with pair of C.I.P. 2c. cancelled by Chefoo Dollar dater (the local stamp not cancelled) and with Hong Kong arrival c.d.s. 1898年12月16日威海䘙寄往停駐於香港皇家海軍H. M. S. "Narcissus" 艦之實寄封， 貼第一版跑差郵票 2分一枚及蟠龍貳分两枚， 銷煙台大圓日戳 (威海䘙跑差票沒有蓋銷)， 封舌蓋12月21日香港到達戳， 封舌曾修補， 是貼用跑差郵票的極早期使用例. 源流: 1992年9月Frederick and Tomiko Bartlett.
