1896年12月27日威海䘙寄日本千葉縣日本壹錢郵資片， 銷威海䘙紅色第一郵便局軍郵日戳， 玲1897年1月8日經木更津中轉往千葉縣， 片背所寫內容為賀年祝福. 此紅色第一郵便局軍郵日戳為最晩期使用例， 之後郵戳轉為黑色.
