1895 (21 Mar.) cream "postage paid 1 cent" envelope (E1c) used locally to The Corinthian Lodge, Koolangsoo cancelled by a fine strike of the Local Post Agency code "A" c.d.s. in bluish black; there is some minor soiling on the reverse; fine. Believed to be the latest cover using the Shanghai Local Post in Amoy, the Amoy Post Office beginning operation on 1st April 1895. Photo


1895年3月21日壹分郵資封 (E1c) 由廈門寄本埠鼓浪嶼， 銷藍黑色帶"A"字廈門工部代理日戳 ; 由於距廈門書信館相信正式開張尚有十天， 日期是4月1日， 所以本封為上海書信舘在廈門代辦所之存世最晩使用實寄封.
