1893 (Mar.) envelope to Shanghai bearing Shanghai 1890 Double Dragon 5c. carmine-pink (small defect) tied by a very fine strike of bilingual “local postal agency/foochow” in blue and bearing, on the reverse, Shanghai Local Post (4.3) c.d.s. in blue with postman‘s delivery characters in blue crayon.

Late use of the 5c. rate which was reduced to 1c. on 1st April. Fine and desirable. Photo


1893年3月福州寄上海封， 貼1890年上海工部雙龍粉洋紅色五分票一枚， 銷較完整藍色福州書信舘中英文戳， 封背蓋有藍色3月4日上海工部日戳， 另有郵務員手寫藍色記事. 保存較佳.
