1830 (6 Mar.) entire letter from Montpellier to Malta showing despatch d.s. and, on reverse, manuscript "2/4, 13 April 1830"; 1833 (27 Feb.) entire letter from Genoa to Malta with disinfection slits, variously rated, showing despatch c.d.s. and, on reverse, red Naples transit d.s. and arrival manuscript "11d, 5th March" marking; 1843 (10 Nov.) and (31 Dec.) entire letters ex the Sonnino correspondence from Messina to Malta showing red despatch datestamp and, on reverse, manuscript "9½" with "12 Nov. 1843" and "2 Jany 1843" below respectively; and 1844 (10 May) entire letter ex the Sonnino correspondence from Messina to Malta showing red despatch d.s. and, on reverse, manuscript "1/6, 12 May 1844".
