(x) Stephen (1135-54), Penny, 1.06g, Variant ('Baronial Issue') of Cross Moline (Watford) type, blundered legends both sides, crowned and bust left, of crude style and holding 'pellet in annulet' topped sceptre in right hand, collar of annulets, rev. voided cross moline, small pellets at ends, fleur in each angle (Mack-; cf.N.884; S.1325), chip at edge and cracked, otherwise fine, extremely rare and unusual with left facing bust
