1800 (14 October) LS from St. James's to "Sir my Brother, The King of the two Sicilies", King Ferdinand I to congratulate the King on the birth of Ferdinando Francesco Leopoldo, the first son of Francesco I the hereditary Prince. Signed "Charlotte" on paper folded in the usual manner to a thin rectangle, sealed in red wax with partial impression of the Queen's crest and attaching red silk ribbon to front and back. Fine.
