Great Britain: Alldays & Onions Pneumatic Engineering Co. Ltd., a series of certificates comprising £1 ordinary shares, 191[6], #459, blue; 'B' Preference shares, 191[9], #1124 showing name change to just Alldays & Onions Limited, green, and, Alldays & Onions Limited £1 ordinary shares, 191[20], #2304, blue. Formed in 1889 by the merger of 2 very old engineering companies, first producing bicycles and then in 1898 their first motor car. Motorcycles were produced from 1903 and continued until 1927 under the Allon badge. Motor cars continued to be made until 1918 when the company reverted more to bicycles and general engineering. Dissolved by 1927. VF or thereabouts (3).
