Commonwealth Day 27c., an interpanneau block of ten (2x5) with margins at ends, two with missing yellow "stripes" in the design (and green "stripes" now blue) as well as missing yellow colour control dot in the gutter, all due to printing fault with the yellow, and to a lesser extent black ink, printed as a "smear" across portions of four stamps, fine unmounted mint.
