Note: One block of thirty was reported which showed the upper row with black inscription at base ("Cook Bicentenary") omitted, the middle row with black completely omitted, and the bottom row with black inscription at top ("Australia 5c") omitted. This block was subsequently divided into six se-tenant strips of five, comprising two of each variety. At least some other examples of similar errors also exist, which must be from a second sheet.
