Note: No details of the discovery of the error green omitted have been published. It came onto the market in mid 1971, and comprises a sheet from the fourth printing (sheet n. 049821 under 5/5) in which the top horizontal row of the upper pane shows the colour completely omitted, and the second horizontal row shows it largely omitted. There are thus ten examples extant. The sheet was divided originally into eight vertical strips of ten and one double strip of twenty.
