1941 (6 Aug.) envelope from Taiping, Perak, to UK, franked at $2 and carried via the Honolulu Clipper from Singapore on 11 August, delayed at Manila four days due to weather and when landing at Guam on 15 August, it struck a reef damaging its hull. The load was transferred to the China Clipper which left 20 August and arrived at San Francisco 26 August. From New York carried by American Clipper to Lisbon; some minor faults. Photo
