1890 (14 July) opened-out envelope registered to St. Leonards on Sea bearing clean cut perf.11½ 3ca. mauve (5) cancelled by Peking seal in blue and part of the boxed registered handstamp type I in blue, France 75c. rose-carmine applied over the to stamps tied by "shang-hai/chine" c.d.s. with French boxed "R" in red and French packet datestamp; the reverse with a further strike of the boxed registered handstamp, "i.g. of customs/peking" in blue, Customs Shanghai (20.7), Calais transit (31.8) and the arrival c.d.s. (1.9), Five wax seals have been removed from the reverse with some fragment of the envelope being lost. A good franking. Photo

1890年7月14日北京寄英國St. Leonards on Sea剖開封，貼光齒十一度半三分票五枚，銷藍色北京橢圓中文戳，及藍色方框型掛號戳，有枚75仙法國票貼在小龍票之上，銷上海法國客郵日戳，和框型紅色法國掛號戳，藍色北京I.G.海關戳，7月20日上海海關戳，8月31日Calais中轉戳，9月1日到達戳，封背有五枚封漆被除去，另外信封上有些破缺，甚為特別的小龍混貼郵資掛號封._x000D_ _x000D_ 著作：1987年" The Revenue Surcharges o China，第二卷896頁圖
