1891 (4 Apr.) Baudwiel envelope to Exmouth bearing, on the reverse, 5ca. pale yellow-ochre tied by Newchwang seal with a faint strike of Customs Newchwang c.d.s. alongside, with Customs Shanghai (8.4), Exeter and Exmouth (19.5) arrival c.d.s., the address side with France 25c. tied by "shang-hai/chine" c.d.s. A fresh cover. There should be a 1ca. and 3ca. on this cover to make up the rate, these could have been placed together near the 5ca. where one seal cancellation would not have tied them to the cover. Photo


1891年4月4日牛莊寄英國Exmouth的Baudwiel實寄封，封背貼伍分銀票，銷牛莊橢圓中文戳，及較模糊的牛莊海關日戳，旁有4月8日上海海關日戳，及5月19日的Exeter 及 Exmouth的到達日戳，在信封面貼法國25仙票，銷上海法國客郵戳，信封保存完好. 此信應該貼有壹分及三分於伍分票一起，以增加郵資，可能蓋銷的郵戳未有蓋在該兩票上.
