Medieval Hammered silver coins, a miscellany (18), including: Edward III (10), third 'Florin' coinage, Pennies, London (3); additionally, fourth coinage (7), Halfgroats (2) London and York; Pennies (5), London (2); Durham (2); and York; also, Henry V, Pennies (2), London, class F, 0.74g, 10h, mullet and trefoil by crown (S.1780); another, York, class A, 0.85g, 7h (S.1785); and, Henry VI, Groats (2), Rosette-Mascle issue, Calais, 3.68g, 9h, m.m. cross fleury/plain cross (S.1859), almost very fine; another, Pinecone-Mascle issue, London, 3.67g, 10h, m.m. [?]/plain cross (S.1874); also, Penny, York, Archbishop Rotherham, 0.77g, 8h, m.m. cross fleury, crosses by hair (S.1866), a large fragment; lastly, Edward IV (3), Groats (2), London, 2.54g, 8h, m.m. long cross fitchy/sun, quatrefoils at neck (S.2000); another, Coventry, 2.27g, 10h (S.2008), both with rough surfaces, the second chipped and poor, the first good; and, Penny, London, 0.72g, 4h, m.m. long cross fitchy (S.2044), pierced, fine, an interesting academic assemblage (18)
