20c. blue, type II, never issued, very attractively displaying a clear impression and intense shade, slightly centred to lower left -the few examples known of this stamp are found off centre-, good perforations for this adhesive, large part original gum. One of the rarest stamps of French philately and the rarest one of the "Sage" issues, this being a very fine example of the few recorded. Signed Brun and Calves. Spink Maury 73, €50,000. Photo
