20c. pale blue, type II, block of four showing "horn" colourless flaw ("à la corne") in upper right design, used on 15.6.1870 large envelope headed "papiers d'affaires" carried at special rate from Audierne to Quimper, tied by dispatch "gros chiffres" dotted grid.
