20c. blue, marginal block of four from the base of the sheet, centred to top, with control marginal "cross" mark at bottom right; tear in upper right adhesive, still a scarce block of four with two remarkable and rare characteritics: the unmounted mint condition and, even scarcer, the "croix de repère" in margin.
